About Us

Ryan grew up in North Texas and is a native Texan.  Tracie grew up in a small town in Iowa and moved to North Texas in 2008.  In 2018 we met and began dating shortly after .  In 2020 we married and we currently live in a small town in North Texas.   Ryan is a big Cowboys, Rangers, Stars and Mavericks fan.  Tracie loves the Chicago Bears from her days growing up in the Midwest.  

In our spare time we enjoy watching sports and we both love the outdoors, whether it's hunting, fishing or camping.  Anything outdoors, even if it's just sitting by a fire on the back patio, helps us stay centered.  

We found a passion for land when we were given an opportunity to purchase land at a below market price from a seller that simply didn't have a vision for it anymore.  We took the opportunity, re-sold that land to a new buyer at a price below retail, and we were able turn a little profit.  It was a win-win for everybody and we knew then, we could create a fulfilling business repeating that model.  We have since developed a passion for it and love the land business and helping individuals and families obtain their own piece of land at an affordable price, without having to deal with banks or coming out of pocket with large sums of money.
